★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are supposed to open at 10. I went around 10:15 and one staff member was just opening up - dusting the products. I asked if the shop was open - she very rudely answered I'm not done opening but you can browse. I knew what I wanted to buy but was not sure she was going to service my order so I just left. In my opinion if you claim to open at 10 - you should be able to service customers when they come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snapped a photo here for my own note as well! This store can be a little difficult to find if you are not familiar with VivoCity but look out for Timberland, Geox or Tommy Hilfiger and it will be right there.
I love Kikki.K for most of my stationary needs & the staff there was friendly & patient to answer my queries.

The staff came and told us off for trying to look inside the paper book.
How am I supposed to buy something without looking at what I'm going to buy?????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at this store! Rude staff Ishak & manager as well! They were busy talking when I asked for the price of an item. Ishak just walked away when I enquired if the item came with a magnet and asked to see it. If I do not need it urgently, I would not have purchased it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is alright, gets the job done if you're just looking for some kikki.K items. They're in the middle of the mall, towards the side of the river. If you walk towards Wine Connection from the MRT station, you should be able to find them. Notebooks, greeting cards, pens, etc., you can find them all here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling service. I checked if I could enter the small shop before entering and was told
to scan in but the staff didn’t even know where the safe entry QR code was. When I did so, I saw numerous shoppers not scan in and they weren’t told to do so. This was followed by 2 teenagers who weren’t wearing their masks properly and talking loudly while browsing the items on display. Again, nothing was said to them. What on earth? Abysmal. If you want to ensure everyone who enters does their safe entry, make sure you check everyone not just one individual who bothered to ask.
