★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced on this vegetarian place - Kwan Zyi in Kim San Leng Coffee shop along Sims Avenue. Perhaps vegetarian food is not my thing but as I was ordering, another patron was complaining about his rancid spring roll. Super bad service and pretty bad food. Overnight perhaps but certainly stale, cold and horrid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad for a kopitiam like this one. Is a chain coffeehouse, but the major stall holders belong to the vegetarian restaurant.
There is also a Thai cuisine stall.
For the vegetarian, it has a wide range to choose from - like the tze char, dim sum, the png chai style or even the daily specials - Mon-Fri different cooking, laksa, mee rebus etc.
The dim sum is what I always look for. Nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rojak stall was pathetic. Rojak $3 is cheap but what u get is 4 small pieces of youtiao and if want to add youtiao is plus $1. Other ingredients prepacked and chilled. Superb, traditional much.
