★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kim Seng Park is a nice little park along the Singapore River. It has amenities such as park benches, garden swings, shelter and a fitness corner. The park essentially starts from Jiak Kim bridge and ends at Kim Seng Road. There is a new linear extension of the park which starts from behind Centennia Suites and goes all the way to behind The Cosmopolitan condo at River Valley Road. There is also a new nature play garden for young children along the river nearer to the fitness corner. Do note that this is not a dog run, therefore dog owners do remember to always keep your dogs leashed and pick up after them. ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there on Sunday morning early with our grandson. There were dogs in places where children can play. The sandbox was also open for animals so we didn't use it. Besides that it was nice there.
