★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best to avoid. Brought my Raymond Weil to change battery, the back had a sticker on, but the lady still managed to scratch the back of the watch and denied it. When I pressed my point, she said next time dont bring. Of course I won't bring it. The lack if integrity is nauseating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw another review for this shop saying that the person scratched her watch when changing the battery. This happened to my watch as well. Luckily for me, I just needed my watch to tell me the time. Plus, my watch is already 5 years old. So not so heart pain.
However, I do suggest not going there to change the battery as they use a pocket knife to pry open the cover behind the watch to access the battery. I'm no expert, but I've sent my watch to other shops to change batteries before and there were no scratches.
