Shopped without any problem. Was served with polite attention. I got that I want fast! The lady who attended to me (Carol Low) was professional and patient. Even the security guy at the door was polite. ?

After reading the reviews, it seems like the only thing Chanel at MBS can guarantee is a disappointing experience. I was told to wait despite asking for my SAs, which shouldn’t even have been an issue. Got the queue number as directed and popped by Roger Vivier while waiting for my turn. I even had a slower than usual lunch, but was still left high and dry despite the long wait. Management needs to have a word with their door staff as both of them lack basic etiquette. The plethora of reviews detailing varied highly unpleasant experiences are aplenty and for good reason β€” I’m sure further elaboration is unnecessary.

Sharizal is a helpful SA. Contacted me right away when an item is in stock and managed to pick it up even though no reservation is allowed. Will definitely be happy to shop from him again in the near future. Feel free to look for him - friendly, polite and a really nice person.

Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. One of the worst customer services I have received and that was just at the door! Not only they do not listen to their customers, they’re trying to prove that customer is in the wrong. We have waited 3 hours for automated system to call us and checked with the store multiple times (only to be asked to go away) , we’ve been told they have called us but cannot show us any record of the call! We have not received single message. I think business is simply just too good. GET A BETTER AUTOMATED SYSTEM.

Was at the store to look for a card holder under the 22P collection but it was not available. The SA did suggest a few bags but when I did not show any interest in purchasing them, you can see that their attitude turn to "let's get it done and over with". The SA claimed he ran out of name card and took my number and say he will drop me a WA so that I will have his contact and will also KIV the card holder for me. Seems to be entertaining me as it had been 3 weeks and I still did not receive his WA. Been to Taka store and bought something last year and I can described their service is just mediocre. Basically the SA is just doing their job. You can't get any "wow" kind of experience even though you have purchase something.

Happy to shop around MBS Chanel. Although the things I wanted is not available, but I still managed to get what I like. Not all the things you like is available there but they would share other alternatives with you. Thanks Yvonne for the good service.

Today we had a horrible experience at the Chanel store in Marina Bay. We went there because I bought a set of Chanel pearls (so I am a returning customer) that got black marks from the Chanel pouch it was put in and I wanted to know if they can fix that for me. Upon arriving the line was clear (Sun, April 24 @1:45 PM), nobody was there waiting so we asked for the lady receiving us if they can do something about the pearls. We showed it to her outside of the store and she said that yes, they can replace the damaged pieces, free of charge. We were happy to hear the reply and said we would like to go in. She said we cannot go in and have to make an appointment because all the SAs and representatives were already attending to other customers. We asked "can't we go in and just drop the pearls". She vehemently said no. We said we did not want to wait another hour to enter and then we left. As we left we passed by the Chanel window and what did we notice: 4-5 SAs / representatives doing nothing, almost no clients in the store (photos 1 and 2 below). We went back to mention that to the lady and we told her that we will put a bad review for the service. She proceeded to check for herself (photo 3) because clearly she has no clue of what is going in the store. Horrid service but we will make sure to send this review to as many Chanel retail managers as possible because paying a lot of money for no service is no longer allowed!!
