my hair stylist was may! i havent had my hair cut in almost 2 years and i usually jst do it myself at home so i was absolutely amazed at how great the entire service was. she gave me layers, curtain bangs, a trim and thinned my hair out abit and i dont think my hair has looked better in my 22 years of living. she even gave me a wash and blow which felt like a spa massage. overall my experience was great and wld definitely come back here for my future haircuts! 10/10 wld recommend

It was my first time at Kimage and I'm quite disappointed at the service. I was getting a fringe trim (baby bangs) as well as a general trim. The fringe turned out quite slanted, and throughout the haircut I did mentioned a few times that I don't think it will look nice if she pull some of my longer hair to thicken my fringe but she did it anyway. She also sounded unsure the entire time when I had questions. Besides, I paid for the senior stylist! It has been a week and my bangs still look slanted, uneven and way too thick :(

Had a lovely hair cut session by Yuan Xin! This is my first time visiting this outlet and I was very satisfied with her service. It was a busy Friday evening yet she was able to juggle between me and another customer with a cheery disposition. Kudos to her and her team, will be back again! :)

It's my first time in Kimage, and the experience I encountered was unbearable, not by my stylist but her teammate. The lady who named Carol was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. It seems like she needed a Personal Assistant while handling her customer. I was there for some scalp treatment. My stylist was handling another customer while attending to me. Hence a young lady assisted with my initial hair wash. Understand that due to festive season, the salon tends to get very busy, therefore I'm totally fine with that. First problem faced, when it's time to blow dry my hair after the washing, Carol didn't bother asking if the young lady is available and immediately instructed the young lady to pop over to assist her other customer. I can see the despair in my stylist and yet offer to blow dry my hair herself since Carol was super busy. I felt that Carol's way of handling the situation was utimately unprofessional and unacceptable despite the fact that she is one of the experienced senior stylist. I assumed she's the senior there as I see other stylist asking for her advice. Second, when my stylist's 1st customer was at the resting at hair washing area, Carol callup my stylist and demanded her to wash the hair of the lady herself while she was blowing my hair. I do not know what's the culture here, but I feel that Carol could have offered her assistance to wash the hair of the customer instead of interrupting my stylist while handling me. Instead, Carol is displaying an image that she is arrogant and demanding. Please educate your stylist to show respect and be humble to all other stylist as well as the customer. Last but not least, kudos to May for the great service rendered! Giving advise and solutions to my needs and makes my day ❤

My hair has been always well managed by Anthony (Tony) at Northpoint. He always provide excellent service to his customers and always ensure the type of service i need been fulfilled. I m always glad to have him as my hair stylist and thats why i always willing to travel far just to get his professional experience. He is always the asset of the company and keep up the good work.

The hair stylist that I usually go to is Anthony. He is very friendly and give u good advice on how to look after the hair and scalp. Does his work well and very patient and courteous. Easy to talk to and treats the customer well.

It was my first time going to a hair salon to get my hair colored. I had an appointment with the junior stylist, Yuan Xin, and she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Recommending me the shades similar to the color I wanted (purple red/burgundy) that did not have to be bleached and last longer than the bleached version, however the color will not be as obvious unless under lighting. I was prepared to spend about $200 but I paid only $50 as I did 1 color shade with no bleaching, wash and blow included. Most importantly, her service was phenomenal. I was planning to do the post color treatment but she said it was not needed for me, she did not oversell at all any of the treatments/products and answered all my questions about post hair care, styling, the 2 hours went by very quickly and I recommend you to experience their hospitality with affordable pricing.

I have been a regular customer of Kimage (Northpoint Branch) for rebonding. My hair is the frizzy, dry hair type. They were all very knowledgeable on what treatments suits you. My stylist May Tran was very gentle. Ask me if i have eaten, feel cold, water okay. She also recommended me treatments and informed me of the price if i was okay. I like how her voice is just calm and sincere and not the pushy type. I was also assisted by another staff (didn’t get the chance to get her name) and she gave an amazing head massage when doing my scalp treatment. Most importantly i loved the results. My hair was more alive and pretty. Previously i was also handled by another staff. I think she’s still very new but i also felt relieved because the master stylist also assisted in doing my hair while training her. Highly recommended this salon to my friends. Very professional!
