siew mai - dry. skip.
luo mai gai - dry and tasteless. skip.
cha siew chee cheong fan - sauce was mile and liquid. meat was bland. skip.
lou sha bao - the custard was all dry inside. bland. skip.
fu pi juan - not crispy. not chewy. bland. skip.
only saving grace was the service was fast and the folks were nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only special is Bak Kwa Bao which is only they have only. From 1st July 2022 onward no more 24 hr, only 7am - 9pm so price not worth it anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average dim sum. The whole coffeeshop feels less personable compared to the neighbourly hawkers that were evicted when Kimly bought over the whole coffeeshop.
Variety of food went up, so did the prices but heart and quality certainly did not match up.
Really disappointing encroachment of true heartland coffeshops by Kimly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality is that of coffee shop dim sum and is reflected in the price. costs half of what you would expect.
The steamed items are just like what you would get frozen from supermarket and you steam it yourself.
The fried items are much better and I have to say the bak kwa bao is pretty good!
