★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the best fried kway teow (wok-fried flat rice noodles) I have ever tasted. Every bite is full of bursts of flavors from the mix of cockles, Chinese sausages, fishcakes, beansprouts, eggs and different kinds of noodles cooked to perfection. There is always a long line, and the kway teow sells out quickly.

Fong Sheng Fried Kway Teow is one of two hugely popular Fried Kway Teow stalls here. Helmed by a husband and wife team in their 60s, this stall prepares their dish only upon serving.
The Fried Kway Teow here has excellent Wok Hei and is of the wet variety. With a healthy amount of lap cheong and fish cakes, it was a satisfying lunch to give one the energy to power through the rest of the work day.
General Verdict: A hearty wet Fried Kway Teow that is delightful and yummy
