★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a long queue outside this restaurant. The pork broth is good. Other dishes are also good and reasonably priced. This is probably the reason why this restaurant has a lot of loyal customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time eating at this outlet and the standard of their famed bak kut teh is maintained. The pork ribs are cooked just nice and the peppery soup is spicy & addictive as usual. Tried their char siew and it was ok, not fantastic. The braised meat and large intestines are decent too, though I find the braised sauce not as good compared to their braised pork trotter (recommended!). Overall a good dining experience, suitable for families and prices are quite wallet friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the set lunch here. The meat is tender and falls right of the bone. The broth is not flavourful and is on the bland side. I didn't like the quality of rice, its the cheap kind you normally find at some hawker's zichar store. The customer service is good.
Probably won't dine in and would prefer takeaway since the meat itself makes it still worth coming backing for so I can eat with my own rice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family ate in Song Fa at least once a month. The service standard had always been consistent. All the male staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient. Soup was often topped up once running low. Tables were clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OG Peppery Bak Kut Teh. Easily one of the more peppery one amongst the big brand chains in Singapore. They had also a decent variety of food aside from their signature Bak Kut Teh, though have to say the prices are slightly expensive for the quantity you are getting.
Outlet staff were kind as well and gave us additional stools without us asking when they Realized we carried quite a bit of belongings.
