β β β β β Told the stall assistant I wanted 2 big pork bun and 2 char siew bun. In the end, talk too much with another assistant forgotten my 2 char siew bun...assistant chinese pony tail spectacle....sucks service. Branch in 888 woodlands

β β β β β Lousy service! The Singaporean aunty verbally abused my father for being fat and claims that he is being unemployed. Like what the hell we as customers go to you to buy food to ENJOY and not to get insulted. The food is awful too. Please do train your employees to learn basic respect before sending them out to serve customers.

β β β β β Visited the store at punggol sumang . Bought a sesame ball with Tao saw inside. When I took out I saw that it was soagy as show in the picture immediately I approach the counter and ask why the food looked uncooked the lady at the counter told me is just taken from the fryer. I look into the place where they put the cooked sesame ball the colour looked different and they refuse to take any action. Very rude the staff , when I ask for supervisor contact she said no contact Kimly management please handle this properly and educate your staff . What is wrong with checking with the supervisor regarding things staff that are not sure. A new piece of food should be exchange as the food does not look fresh and cooked properly
