★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered thru Self Collect via Grab. Only to find out 4 horrible things: (i) I arrived at recommended time only to constantly ask where are my drinks, (ii) my drinks arrived 20 mins after constant queries, (iii) the drinks are priced approx 20% higher in Grab than over the counter, and (iv) the stall doesn't care about Social Distancing as all of us are highly crowding the counter to ask about our orders.

ordered black tea macchiato WITH PEARLS!
but when received had no pearls, so i told them i wanted my pearls.
this fella, go and remove almost all the cream for the macchiato to put in the damn pearls.
i now have unsweetened iced black tea with pearls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an order via the itea app and proceeded to the stall. There was no queue and the 2 staff were chatting and paying no attention to me despite me standing at the counter for more than 10mins.
When I asked if my order was ready, i was blamed for not following the collection timing given by the app when the truth was they did not accept and confirm the order, and nonchalantly say it is not their responsibility. Worse still, the staff proceeded to confirm the order right in front of me when she went to tap on the screen of the device in the shop.
I literally saw my order being confirmed the moment she did that.
Instead of being rude and shifting blame, it would be much better if you could have told me that you will check 1st when I initially ask about my order.
