Kimly Zi Char 金味海鲜 - 742A Tampines Street 72

Portion is very little, eat already also not full. And btw, since the drinks store is also under kimly, I am going to give just 1 star because of the ridiculous Milo ice price ($2.50).

Average zi char place. For single zi char dishes such as rice and noodles the portion are quite big.

Placed order for zi char at 5pm. Waited till 6.30pm, food still not ready. It was just 3 dishes.... when asked when will be they be ready, the staff shouted back not sure and they were busy. Attitude so bad. If your store cannot handle Grab/food deliveries, pls stop taking them for god sake. Poor riders have been waiting and poor customers who came all the way down has to wait for hours for pathetic food. This was my 2nd encounter and would be the LAST TIME im coming here.

Good selection of food but it’s expensive considering it’s at Tampines

Very good and tasty local Zi Char (Kimly) here in Tampines. One could also get a very wide spread of other local cuisines

They cook Nice local Chinese cuisine here with reasonable price.

Arrived and ordered at 6pm. Food came at 7.30pm. Staff kept giving excuses and delaying time such as saying “wait a while more” “15more mins” “we cooking yours now alrd” these are all lies to keep you from leaving thinking that your food is next. The lies and delay extended a total of 1.5hrs and only one dish came. Throughout the whole time, customers were seen coming in to order takeaway and in large orders. These customers were seen leaving with their takeaway food earlier than those who came earlier and ordered in. This is absolutely unacceptable as if it is a full house or packed for order in. They should no longer accept calls and clear whatever orders they have on hand first before enteratining more. The fact that they settled the takeaways first even when they came later shows that how messed up this is. The food was average and not really up to standard. Highly not recommended

Strongly would NOT recommend, unless you feel like meditating towards enlightenment whilst waiting for your food. The food is passable, but not worth the 2 hour wait and rude staff. Full of lies like "your food is already cooking" while takeaway and app orders leave in droves. When asked nicely, the staff look like they want us gone lmao.
