Spring Roll was bad
Bun was bad
No idea about the ban mi but if thatโs the only item you master remove the rest from the menu.
Spring roll were with dry hard skin, a small piece of prawn (compared to the the 3 on the display..)
Bun never came with pork chop as usual but some kind of cut pork sausage, there was only one fried spring roll which I believe is not even homemade but industrial and soso.

So far weโve been ordering their food via food delivery apps and it never dissapoints! There was one instance where my family ordered thrice in a week ?
Both their steam & fried spring rolls were superb, really flavorful alongside that amazing fish sauce dip, we wanted more.
Weโve also tried their BBQ pork banh mi & honestly one of the best banhmiโs in singapore. The meat is super chunky and juicy, super easy to eat and the sauce that they use is so delicious. Always topping up an egg in there to elevate my banh mi and when it comes runny? Perfectโฆ highly recommend.

โ โ โ โ โ Didnโt really look like what I ordered though which is the Vietnamese caramelised salty pork with rice.
Taste was abit bland, portion was fine.
Will give them a try again soon.

โ โ โ โ โ Legit Vietnamese food. Comparable to American Vietnamese food which is a big compliment. Had the beef stew noodles. At least itโs real pho and not some cheap kway teow knock off. Next time Iโll try the real pho tai soup.

โ โ โ โ โ Pretty OK but authentic Vietnamese place in Tampines. Ordered the goi cuon and bun nem nuong. Both made to order.
Served quickly.
Goi cuon had the right amounts of vermicelli, pork and prawns. The nouc cham was balanced well.
The bun nem nuong had crunchy lettuce and meets that were well seasoned.
All in all, a good local place for your viet fix.
