Very unprofessional, my baby girl is having a high jaundice level (above 330). When I request for the Jaundice’s reading, the staff initially refused. After, I told them I am the one that paid for the report and test, she finally released the result thought the phone.

No stars actually , brought my newborn there as they were to appointed pd during birth. Didnt seem like they were interested in caring for the kids rather felt like it was just business as usual for them. The PD that attendes to us was just going through motion and basically lip serviced us. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Before delivering my baby at PEH, we had to choose our Neonatologist/Paediatrician. My OB recommended Dr Cheng Tai Kin, and we decided to go ahead with him. From my first encounter with him (post delivery) to subsequent follow ups for my son, Dr Cheng has always been very knowledgable, calm and assuring. He is gentle with baby as well. Clinic can be crowded, so might have a short wait.

Dr S Sivasankaran with all the negative ratings, not sure why still people are coming to him. If you there and he is the doctor, run away as fast as you can. Wished we have read the reviews here before going there. Brought our baby to parkway east as our pedia is not available. Of course being a new face to a 1.5y/o baby, the bay doesn't respond to him plus our baby is sick so only sticking to his mom. This doctor wanted to check our toddler's mouth (uses a stick as usual) but since he won't open his mouth, he pushes the stick in our baby's closed mouth and forces to push down. The baby ended up with lips swelling and tounge ulcer, as the toubge got forces to the teeth. Other pedia will calm the baby first. Warm up and ensure that the baby responds first before doing anything. Also, he didn't seek our help as parents and just forces his way into the child. My oldest who is also with us (dual checkup) got scared too. SMH, please don't ever go to this doctor. Not to mention their fault equipments. Maaan, our baby is supposed to read 38 to 41.5 which is why we go to the doctor on emergency the first place, their thermometer reads below 37. And I have to ask and they get another thermometer which reads wrongly many times before it get it right.

Dr Goh is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Since my first baby I hv been visiting Dr Goh. He is very responsible and even called us to follow up the kid status to give us suggestions if we need to go back to clinic. The Low rating is really due to the Malay nurse at reception who is a bit rude sometimes…

Dr Goh Han Meng attended to my daughter with care and patience. He was v meticulous in his explanation and sharing. Felt that it was a good experience as a whole as we were v early in the queue for night clinic. Thought I do some justice to the clinic for this doctor as the rating were really Low due to another doctor and the nurse?

Brought my son to get a vaccine and sat in the waiting room for 35 minutes with 15 kids sneezing and coughing their brains out. Really smart planning. My wife cough covid 3 days later... no proof but we didn't do much else. If your kid isn't sick before arriving they will be before you leave. Should split sick kids and follow up exams morning and afternoon, just common sense.

Doctors are really good, but the Malay receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I just wanted to check how long we should wait as we’ve been waited for 1 hour and 20mins to see the doctor. The Malay nurse is extremely impatient and told me everyone waited for 1 and half hour. When she measured the temperature of my 18months son while he was crying, she also said Don’t Cry! rudely. I feel very offended. Definitely not recommend to others as the nurse is rude and waiting time is WAY TOO LONG
