When the order arrived, the packages were marked as having a lower weight than what I ordered. When I told them, they immediately refunded me the difference, no questions asked. They were very friendly and personable throughout the process. Cooked the Black Angus Ribeye - it was delicious! Will definitely continue ordering from them in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My preferred go-to place to get steaks. Excellent cuts for all budgets, even stocking japanese wagyu. Their shabu is also an excellent choice for the occassional deviation from supermarket-level frozen shabus (a slightly higher price for an astonishing leap in quality, cut, and marbling).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love shopping here as the meat is so good and they cut the excess fat off before weighing the meat. All the prices are very good for beef and lamb and the quality is amazing too. Their fresh mince is very tasty too. They do sell frozen meat as well. They care a lot about the meat and treat it with care and respect too. They are also very friendly and helpful if you have questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Affordable Australian and New Zealander steak grade beef sold in a wet market. They have lamb rack of ribs. Tomahawk steaks and your usual striploin and ribeye streaks. Call them in advance to reserve your choice cuts and just pick up upon arrival. Their cuts of beef are usually quite lean so make sure you ask them for fatty cuts if you enjoy them juicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad sale staff. Cares nothing about people cutting queue. Doesn't seem to understand a simple question. When I asked him what cut the sliced beef? He doesn't answer. Had to ask again "is it ribeye? Or rump?
