โ โ โ โ โ I was looking for a good optical store near Paya Lebar MRT and came across Eyedentity by chance. I was warmly welcomed by Ms Paulyn Heng and she helped me decide on this Marc Jacobs frame (since I love big glasses). She was very patient with me during the eye examination, knowledgeable, and strongly advised me to wear my glasses outdoors to help with my astigmatism. It was a breeze and smooth transaction from the start to the end. I left the store at about noon, and was notified at 1930hrs that my glasses are ready for collection on the evening itself! Of course the Zeiss spectacle lenses are known for their premium quality; and wearing it now give a new breath of my life to my eyes! It has been my most pleasant experience to any optician so far, and I truly enjoyed my visit. 10/10 I would recommend EYEDENTITY to anyone! #eyemazingservice #eyeloveit

โ โ โ โ โ I visited Eyedentity PLQ for some glasses and contact lenses in October 2020. Caris was very helpful and patient with me and I was really impressed by her service. Recently I faced a lot of problem with my vision, especially having myopia, astigmatism and facing reading difficulties at near work. I am a frequent contact lens wearer, however with my complicated prescription I am unable to see clearly with my contact lenses at near. Caris gave me a comprehensive eye-check and offered me various options to correct my vision and most importantly to suit my needs. I am very much satisfied with her professional service as an optometrist! I will continue visiting Eyedentity for my eyewear needs as they carry a wide selection of frames and sunglasses. I will definitely recommended Eyedentity to my friends and loved ones too. Thank you and well done! ??

โ โ โ โ โ Just posting as a warning to those who are even slightly careless with their glasses. Don't expect much help here in the way of after sales service.
Bought a pair of Acoustic line glasses here which came up to around 600 dollars after various add-ons. Unfortunately in less than a year, i accidentally bent one of the temples to be slightly off such that it sat lopsided on my face. I went back to the shop and the lady there told me nothing could be done and I should purchase new glasses. I told her I didn't mind buying a new pair, but if I was going to have to throw these glasses away, could they at least try to fix it while i browsed? I told her would not hold them responsible if they broke it (It's either i throw, or try to fix so why not try?). She still refused. In the end i decided that perhaps I couldn't handle expensive glasses and went upstairs to another shop to find a cheaper pair. Amazingly, the staff at the other shop managed to fix my pair for free and I didn't have to purchase a new pair at all.
