Dr KK Queck is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. His consultations are never rushed and he takes time to explain the reports and clarify any doubts during consultation at his clinic. Thankfully, Dr Queck operates his clinic in a very tech-savvy manner, where patients can just WhatsApp his assistant if there are any new symptoms or any new questions. This puts patience at ease knowing he is just a call/text away. Dr Queck saw me through my recovery, when other doctors can’t seem to know what was wrong with me. Dr Queck is an absolutely fantastic doctor!

I've had my 1st bad migraine that caused vomiting and I went to Mount Alvernia Hospital's A&E. They advised me to be admitted for further investigation and a nurse asked whether I have my preferred Neurologist, without hesitating I told her 'Dr Queck Kian Kheng'. Dr Queck did a great job with my health exam. He explained everything to me about my MRI result and my health condition in a very clear manner. I've had a warm experience from the moment I was admitted, discharged and went to his clinic for follow-up consultation. I would highly recommend Dr Queck to my family and friends. Strongly recommend to see Dr KK Queck who are very knowledgeable and detail oriented if you need to see a Neurologist. The clinic with good hearts, responsiveness, cares and medical advices. Why? A year ago, mom was complaining about severe headache the moment I reached home close to midnight and I was panicking and calling ambulance and after 20 mins when ambulance reached, mom said that her headache were gone and the ambulance crew was doing thorough checking and ensure that mom is safe without going to the hospital overnight. Brought mom for medical review where her geriatric doctor checked thoroughly and asking me not to worry though I had requested for mom to going through CT scan or MRI in order to eliminate all suspicious possibilities. I still wasn't clear about what causing mom's acute headache at that point of time. Few months later, mom's acute headache came back and I had decided to bring her to see Neurologist that's when I get to know Dr KK Queck. Dr Queck is sharp and performed few physical examinations on mom at the same times patiently listen to my lengthy update of mom's medical history and my questions which I thought might be helpful along with Dr Queck's findings. After 15 mins, Dr Queck asked me not to worry as my mom neither having having any brain disease nor stroke. Dr Queck didn't order any MRI/CT scan and he confirmed that the headache calls Cervicogenic Headache as which he prescribed mom with Pregabalin and mom's headache gone after 3 tablets (1 per night). Really thankful and appreciate Lucas (who going extra miles and flexible to adjusting a time slot for mom after hearing my feedback about mom's acute headache) and word could not express my appreciation to Dr KK Queck who heal mom's headache right at 1st diagnostic and relief all my remaining concern thru follow-up visit on 19thNov21, without recommending any screening unnecessarily.

I visited Dr Quek on 31st May for numbness in my left arm and tingling in my hands and feet. Dr Qeck is very professional and caring. He is very easy to speak to. He listened to me very patiently and answered my questions in the way that I could understand. He understood my fear and anxiety. On the same day of my visit, I managed to have my MRI scan done. And in the evening Dr Queck sent me a message on the results of my scan. And this was after his consultation hours. I am very grateful for his dedication to his patient. Dr Queck is very clear and detailed when he explain the results of my MRI scan. Despite my fear and anxiety, I felt relaxed and comfortable during the consultation. And Lucas at the reception desk was helpful, patient, reassuring and friendly. Highly recommend Dr Queck.

I first saw Dr Queck in September 2021 for severe thunderclap headache. He was very patient in explaining the possible causes of my severe headache, one of which is meningitis. A brain CT scan to rule out bleeding and stroke was carried out promptly upon my admission followed by a lumbar puncture procedure. Results from the lumbar puncture confirmed Dr Queck’s diagnosis of meningitis. Subsequently after the lumbar puncture, I experienced constant low pressure headaches every day where I need to lie in bed most of the time. I was depressed and worried that this would last forever. Dr Queck reassured me that the problem would eventually resolve with time and preventive medication which it did. I also developed migraine not long after which Dr Queck treated me successfully with medication. I am now symptom free and do not experience anymore headache related symptoms. I am very grateful to you, Dr Queck, for getting my life back. Dr Queck is professional and knowledgeable in his field. Consults with him are never rushed, he listens to patients’ questions and is one of the most pleasant and approachable doctors I have ever met. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr Queck's friendly assistant, Lucas, who helped to arrange my admission and scans at such a short notice. Thank you for your support in acceding to my requests whenever possible when the need arises. I would highly recommend anyone who has neurological issues to see Dr Queck. He is one of the best doctors i have seen. ????

Dr Queck is a patient and kind doctor, who listens attentively to his patients and is also very accommodating. He spends extra time to attend to patients with more needs so as to give them the best care. Do not listen to those who cannot wait just because Dr Queck is doing his job. And the receptionist is a super friendly guy who is always helpful and serves with a great smile. A big thumbs up!

Staff and Dr Queck are very polite and patient. However, Dr Queck didn't give correct information about my prognosis. Claimed that the prognosis of my disease is very good, but when I didn't improve I saw another specialist at Mt Elizabeth and he was shocked that Dr Queck quoted such a good prognosis when in actual fact my prognosis is poor (later I did google my condition and see that the prognosis is indeed very poor). Why would he quote me such a good prognosis when this is not true? Won't recommend.
