★ ★ ★ ★ ★ back from state recently, visited this clinic for my common cough and flu, and Dr Ng is very soft spoken and humble. She explained clearly and did her best in treating with better medicine. She and her staffs are all very professional and humble. I really want to thank you them for all the services that delivered. WELL DONE,DR. KEEP IT UP!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my grandma to see the doctor. First time I met such a kind, gentle and caring doctor. The doctor opens door for my grandma who is on wheelchair, goes through my grandma's medical condition and checks her very carefully and in great detail. My grandma was so pleased and comfortable with the doctor. After a long 40 minutes consultation, I was surprised that my grandma was only charged for the normal consultation rate. Such an understanding doctor for the elderly and those in need. This is a doctor with a good heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, no sympathy at all. What the Dr thinks is more important than what the patient is feeling. & $20 for a piece of paper(memo) which i did not ask for. Not recommend.

When I asked, they just replied that I can't explain it to you, I'm really sorry.Every one go to see doctor because they are not feeling well, no priority should be given to arresting anyone. I am not well so I go to see doctor, after I wait I feel more unsettled. service is too bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this clinic was very pleasant. I went down during lunch time to consult the doctor and was told that registration had closed. However, when I told them I couldn't make at another time due to work, they took the trouble and managed to squeeze me in to see the doctor and I'm very thankful for that.
The staffs at the counter, especially the male staff was very understanding. The two female staff were also very courteous and nice. The doctor herself was very friendly and listened to all my queries and explanations patiently. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend this clinic to others! (:
