★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant shopping experience with Klarra that I managed to purchase 1 suit and 1 dress from them. The sales lady offered good advices and assisted me in my decision making.
The material of the clothing was good and the cutting compliment the body shape well.
Would definitely drop by again. Support local brand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Klarra has really not been great, the quality of their clothes seems to vary widely. I like the subtle feminine design of their clothing - bought a weekend dress from them online, only to have the seams at the strap come apart after two washes. I also visited their retail store at raffles city, and saw for myself how they’re charging $80-$100 for some pieces with material that feels lightweight and cheap. I wonder why Beatrice is willing to put out subpar clothing despite such a high price point. Will not purchase again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer of Klarra for years. They have great customer service, be it online or in store. Prompt replies and always on the ball in handling customers. Recommended friends over and they are always happy with their buys.
Good quality apparels, very versatile, very classy and elegant. Their shoes are very comfortable as well, goes well with every outfit!
Love the fact that their designs are simple yet uncommon. Unlike some brands that have designs that are similar to other brands, Klarra's prints and designs are unique!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their designs are a good mix of classic, trendy and versatile. Bought a piece of their clothing online a couple of years back and am still wearing it until today.
It was my first time visiting their store a few weeks back and I personally liked the store interior. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to browse. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fitting room was spacious and well-lit, and they had a pair of white shoes to complement the outfit you picked, which I thought was a nice touch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a dress but the quality was not good. After a wash one side of the straps came loose and I don’t even know how to sew it back. Items are around $80 but it’s really worth $40 on the online stores. I would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to walk past this store at Raffles City level 3 and was drawn to the colors of the store. The clothes here are lovely! And I saw some clothes for toddlers too which is nice :) Hana helped me with the sizes and recommended some dresses which suited me very well, and she was so friendly and helpful. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design is simple, elegant and unique. I have been buying number of clothes from Klarra since my 1st shopping experience at their Raffles City shop last Dec 2021. The quality is good and material indeed comfortable despite the price is more to the higher side but, in my opinion, it's worth. Their stores (both in Raffles City and Ion Orchard) are very beautiful and have a nice fragrance, I love the smell as well, it enhances my shopping experience and make me to stay longer at shop to enjoy it :) . I would like to praise the store assistance (a Malay lady) at Raffles City indeed helpful and very patient accommodating my trying session.
