★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the store and was greeted by friendly lady assiatants who were ready to serve. Except for the only guy assistant who select customers to serve. He approached customers who were dressed in brands. It is amazing his smiles and service were only reserved for the selected few. Mind U, i own lotsa COS in my wardrobe and dun think i deserved such attitude. Kudos to the ladies who were ALL smiles and ready to serve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think Cos is an interesting targeted shop.
I saw the concept for the 1st time in New York. ( 5th Avenue, near the library).
Yesterday when I visited the shop in Singapore,
I was somehow dissapointed.
Even if they have a 50% discount they should display the clothes properly ironed.
I thinkthis kind of details are very important but somehow in Singapore is common to see some brands, even some big ones, dont take it care of it.

The staff was really sweet to ask if I had preference for any store, in case of my inconvenience. She then went on to call every outlet and even checked if a different colour of my size was available. Superb service. Thank you!
