Worst retail therapy customer service I have ever received by this Filipino staff. I asked her whether there was a product and she told me they don't have it (but I found it later) . She also lost her temper and sounded very impatient. Never coming back again. Stay away.

I like the store, but just went to return a cardigan and got a really cold response from the cashier called Eeting. She never said hi, didnโ€™t make eye contact and never smiled. Not a great experience.

Went there to shop, i asked one staff wich i think is a filipina if there's any on going promotion. She answered me rudely saying "NO" with her face crampled, just wondering there is not much of customer to serve and yet just a simple question she answered rudely. wont shop there anymore! Staff really got a serious attitude problem..

Shouting colleague's name in front of the customers with impatient tone while customer was requiring for help. Server was a very huge inferior than before gradually. Good luck ~

I went into the changing room with 1 dress to try on, and asked a friend, who was in line - also with 1 dress - to pick up a size smaller for me as it was too big. When she came back, the staff told her quite rudely that it "wasn't fair" to the other customers, even though two customers before me had carried 7 and 8 items into the changing room, while I had just 1. My friend even told the staff that she was willing to give up her position in line just to hand me one dress, and did so. Even another person in line thought this was absurd. If you're going to talk about fairness of who can bring what item into the changing room, it might be worth having a limit stated clearly outside the changing rooms, as I observed a pair in front of me clearly switching dresses and they were not called out. Was it because of the colour of our skin? I don't know, but clearly it was uncalled for and inappropriate. The manager was helpful, but your staff clearly needs to change their ways. Losing business in a pandemic as a result of bad service is not good.

Mango SG Raffles City Outlet *Extremely Rude Staff* On November 17 my spouse went to abovementioned store to exchange her blouse. Staff by the name Christina attended to her. My spouse explained to her when blouse was purchased and changing reason. Shockingly she responded in a very rude manner. Showed bad attitude. Appeared with blackened long face. Reluctant & not helpful. Simply brushed off my spouse saying that 11.11 promotion cannot exchange. My spouse politely asked her why cannot change. Suddenly she raised her voice insisted that need top up the difference? Unacceptable raising tone. My spouse patiently told her that blouse price are the same. Calmly told her why have to pay the difference. Whether she knowledgeable and fully understand about changing policy. After realised on her mistakes finally item justifiably changed. Seems hesitate. Yet after the troubles she didn't bother to apologize. As if nothing happen. Basing the predicament and incidence believe staff need proper counseling. Refresh head. Disrespectful and shameful to customers. Embarrassing and pity Mango Raffles City having such disgraceful person. Impacted and tarnished Mango reputation and image island wide. My spouse experiencing poor customer service her entire life. Honest feedback. Recovery process Mango please dealt particular staff accordingly. Avoid repeat occurrence.

A few cashiers are very rude and attitude, Seems reluctant in handling the shopping bag to customer nicely with a smile or thank you Not the first time encountered in that branch although didn't visit often. They are rude with no respect just pushed the bag towards customer after done payment and packing, very reluctant to serve customer Showed no respect to customer. If you are reluctant to help customer with enquiries or serving, then please don't work in serving line just feedback to the superior, instead of showing customer an attitude black face. A smile makes everyone day

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My online purchase dress was delivered to their branch at Raffles City and they never contacted me to pick up the dress. Chased them via phone call a few times and finally around 90 days later, they said yes just come in an collect.
