★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. Love the brand and their products but the service by the 3 gentlemen who were working there today was deplorable. No greeting or eye contact. Not a single offer of assistance. It was as if we did not exist or they were blind and just could not see us. If I had an option to put 0 stars I would have given just that!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best clothing stores I've been to. The staff is extremely forthcoming and helpful as well as trained well. Most items you buy will be made tailor-made for you which I thought was a real benefit and a service you do not get at many places. You can be guaranteed that anything you buy there will be tailored to you that it can fit almost anyone. In terms of prices they have a sale period from time to time as well as the fact that you get a "voucher" when you bought something there for the next 7 days as far as I remember where you can save quite a lot of money (50% of the value of what you bought the first time) - not sure if they will always keep this deal but should definitely make use of it. 5/5 high quality clothes

The suggestions they gave for the alterations provided me with assurance that the clothing will suit me.
