β β β β β Not only they did not return my mattress protector, I found a ball of hair inside my blanket. They also damaged TWO buttons on my branded cardigan. Although they offered to repair for me, they sewed on two buttons that are way too big to go through the holes.

β β β β β Suppose to deliver my laundry on New Year's eve and after havibg to wait for 3 hours, i emailed to enquire if the delivery is coming? All they can tell me that no delivery on the eve and all pushed back to the 4th. This is really disppointing after before many years with them and this is how they treat the customers!! And 4th itself, is this is the date I opted and have not checked with me if I'm available for delivery on this day!! What kind of service is this!!! No wonder there are bad reviews and compared to few years ago, it's down the BIG DRAIN!!

β β β β β I sent out my laundry on 21 Jan. I have $400 worth of items with them and they have not returned them to me. They keep telling me that it'll be delivered "tomorrow" multiple times but its been THREE WEEKS. Its starting to feel like some scam. They told me its not missing but why is it so difficult to return them? They're basically uncontactable through phone calls and can only get through WhatsApp messages. This is ridiculous! If you're facing the same problem, please lodge a complaint with CASE.
Update: It took a month to return my items and MY BAGS WERE NOT WASHED. They came back in the same condition. I question if they actually do wash anything now. They also anyhow charged money from my card and said that they would refund. But reading past reviews, I doubt they would. So I suggest you guys remove your card details and take back whatever money you have because they also removed the history from the app so you won't know how much you had left in your account. What a scam!

β β β β β I didnβt receive my laundry delivery on time..when I contacted them they had to find my laundry.
After they found the missing laundry they confirmed that all pieces of clothing has been found and they ll send it to me.
But when I received my clothes,few pieces were missing.
I tried to call their number which is on website but no one picks up. They are not bothered to reply on time on their chat box in their app.
This is not a reliable service.

β β β β β Iβve sent two set of beddings for cleaning in early last Dec, but my mattress protector was missing when they return the items to me. I made a report to them immediately and they replied that they found an item left in factory and agree to send it back to me asap. However, what I received was a blank white BEDSHEET. I was bit shock that as a professional laundry company, they cannot differentiate bedsheet and mattress protector!
I followed their policy to allow them having 30 days window period to look for the item before compensation kick in. End of day 30th, I expected they should have prepared the compensation and refund to me. However, I was told I have to wait for another 15 days for their finance to proceed on the refund. They offered me a faster way of getting back the refund by giving me account credit so that I can use for future order. Iβve rejected them as I may not use their service anymore, so I chose to wait for the 15 days. The deadline was on 31 Jan but due to CNY, I allowed them to have few days delay and only call them after CNY. But this time, they told I have to wait for another 17-20 days because their finance has mixed up the claim and my claim was never put up, so I have to wait for another 20 days for them to process it again. It was very unacceptable and make me feel I will want to write this review and share my experience. Iβm very disappointed by their laundry services and also wonder the reliability of this company.

β β β β β Always never meet collection and delivery timings. Tore a hole in my evening dress and there is no compensation till now. It has been 2 months. Use at your own risk. Not worth sending them your dress that costs so much.

β β β β β Previously they did not return a few pieces of my laundry, and when they found it at their βfactoryβ, I received a WhatsApp message asking if those were mine, without any apologies.
Recently I booked a laundry service to pickup between 11-2pm. No one came even after 2pm. Sent a message to their customer service via the app, and only got a reply saying that the driver will call me. Which he did not. I replied asking for more specific timing, and did not reply even after an hour. I cancelled the order.
This is not a reliable service, and I found many reviews on their services- lost item, no replies- are very common. Use them at your own risk.

β β β β β The service delivery standards is still recovering from being bought over by Piing! since Dec 2021.
I hope they will get through the storm and management to stop cutting back spending on their people causing backlash from customers.
Please look into the issues in the mobile app. The website still works but mobile app is more convenient.
