★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer in koh hong hougang mall. Today i am very disapointed about the counter lady Mei Kim. My appt was at 12pm and i was at the shop at 11 40am. She told me that the earlier customer was late so my appt was shifted to 12.20pm. But in the end my massage started only at 12.30pm. This is the first time i had such a bad experience with koh hong. The counter lady Mei Kim does not know how to handle customer. Such a poor service management at the counter.
