β β β β β I was unsatisfied with the first masseur, might be due to self preference. They then gimme a compliment session after I feedback. Surprised with the administration as they recognise every single customer. They changed a Vietnamese masseur for me. I can only say this masseur is one of the best I ever met. Concern , hard enough on the right spot. Feel relived right after the session. I would like to request her again next time !

β β β β β Have my massage today by Apple, my wife is a regular customer here, sometimes she got masseurs that the massage style to her liking. But she always forgot to ask their names. Since this few days my whole body, especially my shoulder ache due to moving house. Love this spa, since it is near our house, read the recommended review, found Apple. Luckily managed to get her. True enough, she is very professional, skillful and tried to massage my worst ache area. So far, i felt much better. Thanks Apple. Highly recommend. Keep up the good works.

β β β β β Ayesha is a very skillful and knowledgeable massuer. She has almost 20 years of experience! No wonder! I have gone to several sports massage from other outlets, i can tell that she definitely knows how to identify muscle knots and how to loosen those tight muscles. Will definitely come back!

β β β β β Today 3rd time visiting, and registered the membership. The masseuse Apple is very friendly and her massage is just perfect for me. I hope she stay here for long that i can visit every week. She is the only reason i visit this massage shop.

β β β β β The service and ambience here have gotten worse over time. Place feels unhygienic. Towels felt damp as if they hadnβt changed it after previous customer. The paint on ceiling peeling off. The recliners are looking worn out too. Will not be coming back.

β β β β β Massage quality was excellent, no concerns and Iβll definitely continue to visit but my 3 star is due to my concern on massage timing - for 40 min msg I got only 30 mins as 10 mins were spent on foot soak, ideally Iβd think massage time excludes foot soak, clean up timing but I understood today that if I went for a 30 min foot reflexology then msg time would just be about 20 mins as 7-10 mins would be for foot soak and this timing is included in massage time paid for. I really do hope Owner / Mgt takes note of this feedback to either exclude foot soak or keep it to a min timing. My foot soak took >10 mins as masseuse was on mobile and also distracted with other priorities, I genuinely dint feel 10 min foot soak should be part of my massage time.

β β β β β 4 stars because I think that almost all the massuese in this spa place is very skilled and has their own styles. Ha, June, Ayesha and Apple are my favourites.
However -1 star because I find that the receptionist (stanley) was quite rude. He roll his eyes on me. I actually booked for a masseuse but for some reason that masseuse was doing another customer when I came right on time for my appointment. Thats fine, I am actly flexible and was actly excited to try a new masseuse. Its just that if my masseuse change, I would like to try another set of massage (I booked foot, I changed to body And to be honest yes I was indecisive but I do have my reasons...) anyway stanley was kinda rude since the start. Even his tone when telling me that the masseuse I booked was doing another customer, overall I just dont rlly like his tone and the way he roll his eyes on me.
But I will still come here because of the masseuse..

β β β β β Booked 2 slots at 1030am for full body massage however received a message saying one of the masseur had personal issues hence cannot make it to the slot. I accommodated and asked for a 11am/1130am slot however they offered me 12pm as their masseur will only come in to work at that timing. I do have other personal plans for that day too.
Firstly, I booked with a confirmation.
Secondly, I understand there will be such unforeseen circumstances, however shouldnβt you be responsible and make plans to then accommodate my timing rather than I change my whole schedule to accommodate your masseur timing? I even pushed my timing to try to match your masseur timing however to no avail.
I did not even went to the shop for a massage yet and had such experience. Utterly disappointed. Would not recommend.
