★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated. Went to the Origin shop in Taiwan. Nothing special to begin with.
Not a fan of Taiwanese bubble tea.
It's just powder, syrup mixed with tap water plus some indigestible pearls.
Not to forget some ice cubes too.
U prolly gain 5 to 1O kilograms in a month if u drink it on a daily basis.
One of the culprit for ur weight gain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see only 1 staff making the drink as fast as she could. I watched her prepare a cup around 60 seconds to complete 1 drink. If I was the 20th cup, how long do I have to wait?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the oolong macchiato and only order that on every order. Today was a disappointment. I ordered the same but later was told when during collection that they had run out of oolong tea and suggest green tea and red tea. I have no choice but take the red tea. Why I was not told during order at the counter. It was really a turn off because I don't experience this on other outlet. I really hope that KOI can maintain their standard otherwise it is just another bubble tea shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a large aircon waiting area to chill while your order is being prepared. It's not crowded with long lines so it's a nice outlet to get your tea if you are craving for one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service by the shop manager. He offered me a drink with ice when my order was with no ice. I politely told him that the order is wrong. And guessed what he did. He aggressively tore off the label sticker in front of me and rudely tossed the drink aside. Didn't even bother to offer an apology. Can't believe that this is a service you get from a manager and an example of "good customer service" he is showing to his staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 staff was rude. Saw a lady standing together with her boyfriend in the shop while waiting for her drink. Then this staff, a young chap shouted at her to stand away from her boyfriend in a different red box (social distancing) in front of many customers. Even though it wasn't directed to me, but he could have used a better tone. Personally have encountered rude staff and friendly staff from there also.
