β β β β β I was with my group of friends, 4 of us, 2 of us had Liho while the other 2 skipped out. Both of us got food poisoning afterwards, vomitting, stomach ache and fever.
We have determined that it likely was Liho that gave us the fever as we had the exact same food during lunch.
Please becareful when buying from this store in Lot 1.

β β β β β I'd been a strongg supporter of liho esp with their cheese series in the past. Now the closest I have to it is the strawberry foam and the stores I've been visiting have been giving lesser and lesser strawberry foam. It used to be a good mix of foam and drink for every sip till the end but now I can barely taste the cheese after drinking 1/5 of the drink. Really dissapointed please do something about it.

β β β β β Been here a few times and finally decided to drop a review. Very bad service by your staffs every single time. They speak to every customer with this entitled attitude. Expects people to know LiHO menu well? When customer take some time to look at the menu, they will go like "... Erm.. ordering? " With this bad and impatient tone. Once i told them I'd like 50% sweetness level and your female staff replied me " Huh? There's no more percentage already. " Sounded as if it was sth everyone should know. Bad.
