★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Previously ordered at IMM and Clementi, and liked the milk tea, again delicious and consistent. Truly enjoying the students discount which was how we noticed this brand and decided to try it, hopefully the discount will continue for long time to benefit faithful customers like us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks are pretty good but you're better off getting delivery. They do not seem to slot walk in customers in between deliveries. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for 1 cup of tea. There were so many delivery orders and each order was more than 5 cups of teas. Not recommended to buy in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyane and the rest of the staff at 12:20 noon when I bought my Bober milk tea brown sugar, they are all friendly and Lyane is was too good in selling products under promotions. I cannot say No ? She’s good at it. Well done. Great service in deed. Keep it Up! ? ? ? ? ? ? ?❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was at the outlet earlier n the staff were all 'hiding' inside. no one was at the counter for a gd whole 6min. i could see 2 people sitting inside through the 'mini curtain'. very unprofessional, do u expect ur customers to shout to get ur attention to come out? not to mention there also isnt any counter bell available to call them. walk off without any purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wondering if the menu changed cos I couldn’t find Assam tea on the menu. And so I asked the staff, he answered, “This is Bober, not Liho.” Is that even customer oriented? Since I can’t order the usual Assam tea, I ordered other tea with aloe vera cubes. I only realised after leaving BPP that I was given thin straw and aloe vera cubes not in the drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my gf and i both ordered from this panjang outlet. suprisingly, the brown sugar pearl is burned, and i cant imagine that they still can use it for their customer? the brown sugar pearl got the chaoda taste, and worst got the freaking burned pieces in my drink. straight away spit it out
