Today they gave me a complimentary drink because the online order was cancel. The Oolong milk tea taste a lot better than Milksha. This is my preference. Will buy again. Thanks

I came to the store to buy the 1 for 1 only to be told by the staff that there's no more 1 for 1. I came to the store on 25th June. There should still be the promo since the promo clearly ends on 26th June. And if the promo is really over, your store should have removed the giant poster.
G	Game with SC. GamingRealm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the first time, purchased the fresh milk with brown sugar drink. Not exactly my taste as the fresh milk taste is quite strong, but the boba and the brown sugar taste is good.

Was charged an extra 50 cents when cashier messed up letting me know i cant use shopee voucher which was automatically utilised upon payment. Was requested to pay an extra 50cent out of my own wallet to enjoy the promotion or opt for getting just 1 cup. XFT just never measured up to the rest of the BBT chain and i guess even in the service department it was subpar.

A	Ann Meow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased Brown Sugar Boba Fresh Milk ($5.3) due to 1for1 promotion. I was pleasantly surprised at how rich, smooth and creamy the milk was, as well as the softness of the mochi-like boba. Totally different from Liho's. The only regret is that the ice melted and diluted the drink too quickly, if only there could be Less Ice option. Though the whole drink may sound jelak cos it's milk, I gulped the drink so quickly and still felt fine! 100% recommend and will go back again during promo.
