★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one stop place to get keyrings, keychains, beads, pearls and all those accessories for arts and crafts. If you need bulk orders for supplies look no further! And also the staff are nice and friendly and they will go the extra mile just to help you get what you need. Now, Koi Ming has become my official supplier for my crafting materials.

Staff are always on hand to help, but not obstrusive .. and at one point the boss brought out mineral water (cold and room temperature just in case) for everyone in the shop. I just spent 1.5hours browsing the shop amazed by the service, price level and quality of Swarovski crystals. Will certainly be back the next time I need more crystals :) thank you Kevin and team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes agreed with all the other reviewers that the service here is excellent. Every time I visit there seems to be a significant improvement in service & I’m pleasantly surprised! I buy most of my large necklace paper boxes here & they are of good quality & value too. However, I wish that they will bring in higher quality products especially the goldfilled findings & higher quality gem beads. Other than that if you’re looking for Low to mid level priced findings/beads this is the place to go! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the first timer lost in the world of beads and such, this shop has everything that one's needed and can pretty much get lost in the shop for hours. Prices range are quite on the same par as the other bead shops found in PPC. The plus side, you get to collect points for every $10 spent and the staffs are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many DIY stores in the building but was really impressed by Koi Ming! Prices were great, got 6 packets of pretty glass beads for just $3 from the discount rack. Most importantly, service and help provided was great - they helped me with my questions even though I was obviously making small rather than bulk purchases. Would love to go back for my jewellery making hobby!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second visit to this shop today. This time round it was impeccable. I was served by Ms. Alice, a very patient, friendly and warm person. I use to shop at the upper floor but owners were rude, sarcastic and lazy to help their customers so I will shop here from now on! They have a wide range of beads, accessories, etc with good quality. Totally worth a visit. 10/10 ?
