This round, I brought a discharged battery, and Citri was kind enough to help me jumpstart it at no charge. โ โ โ โ โ Excellent work done on my google pixel 3xl. My phone was totally damages with multiple cracks. Citri mobile did an amazing job in repairing it and it looks like brand new phone now. A few months now already and its working fine than ever!! The best service ever :)

โ โ โ โ โ Had some issues with my two iPhones after being serviced here. Necessary employees training in terms of soft skills and quality control are definitely required.
Glad that the technician here eventually did assist me to solve the problems. Salute to the business owner who made the sincere apologies.
Will still give it a chance if my gadgets are required for servicing in the future.

Had a great experience with Citri Mobile after being super worried about my laptop, since I thought I only damage my charging port (after having dropped it on the floor) but they went to further investigate and order another part just to test it out. They gave me a discount off the courier, and promised me that they would get it delivered and done within the day itself, which they definitely did deliver!
Never regretted engaging their service. Would definitely be back if I require any repairs in future!
