β β β β β This is for the Boss who might wonder why Bugis outlet has less than satisfactory results when human traffic is so high: The staff at Bugis needs to check her attitude. She is counting the cash at her cashier for a very long time instead of serving customers. When approached after waiting for awhile, she was uninterested to serve and when asked where I could leave the used cup, she pointed and flung her arms around showing her frustrations. There wasnt even many customers, just 2 couples. I might have left a better review for the good location and visit more often if not for feeling tt my patronage is so unwelcomed

β β β β β Need to change your lady worker - super bad attitude, I saw many customer walk away as well. I also notice sheβs lacked of hygiene.
Just realize a lot of ppl also comment about that Auntie below.

β β β β β Visited the outlet at bugis mrt. Bad attitude from the lady staff. She started to chase us away within 10 minutes after we got our drinks, stating there was insufficient seating, when the outlet only had 4 customers including us. The management really should plan the seating well and train the staff on how they should deal with the customer.

β β β β β Had a very unpleasant experience at the Bugis MRT outlet today. Was asked to leave when I was still drinking my herbal drinks. The aunty started to make noise and even said "Stop playing with your phone. Drink finish and go. I still have other customers waiting". There was still many seats available. 2 tables of 6 there but only 1 customer sitting each table. Oh my god, the service is seriously ridiculous and I'm wondering how can the company tolerate the employees with such a bad attitude.

β β β β β Found this gui Ling gao shop. Turn out to be good, the herbal jelly is thick and bitter like it should, but added with the perfect syrup thatβs watery and not too sweet itβs like the perfect gui long gao. Small is $8 and large is $10 a bit pricy but I guess if itβs herbal and healthy itβs worth it. Suppose to help the body to detox, nourish, relief itch, eliminate pimples and cold sore, remove heat from the body, good for indigestion, strengthen the spleen and make the skin nicer :)

β β β β β The price keeps increasing over the years, they just increased the large herbal jelly from $10 to $11. The more outlets they open, the more frequent they increase the price, even before the upcoming GST increases.
