C	Ck feng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不会再光顾！！进去店里坐下后，点了两碗五花茶，店员才告知“下次你们要自己拿的，我们只是会serve龟零膏的顾客！ok,这个我们可以理解，因为龟零膏的价钱较昂贵！然后付款的时候，我们只有$50块，然后店员问我们有小张的零钱吗？我们回答没有。店员收了我们$50嘴巴却在那边说我们的$10块10块的都已经找完给顾客了！没有小张的钱是顾客问题？如果凉茶只提供Self service 是不是应该写明？而不是顾客坐下去，才遭到店员这样的告知！ Will not visit again! ! We will only serve the customers who have the turtle cream! Ok, we can understand this because the price of the turtle zero cream is better. Expensive! The service really needs to be strengthened, or the clerk can be replaced directly. When buying, I was just considering which kind of herbal tea is suitable for me. The waiter told us in a very rude tone, "You hurry up and choose, I am the only one in the store, and I have to do other things." I understand that a person who is in charge of the store is busy collecting things and closing the store, etc. But can it be a friendly expression? K	Karen Yow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience tonite! I went with my mother n fren. Thot of hving a cooling tea but the staff (aunty) shouted at us to scan b4 entry. I didnt know as i saw QR codes at the tables n thot i can scan aft seated. She shouted so loud that other tables stared at us. We ordered 2 bowls of 24 herbs teas n she replied rudely no more bowls only cups! Hw are we to know since the choices indicated there! Finally, aft we fin our drks, she shouted at my 80yr old mother to put on her mask. I ustd we nid to put back on, but she could hv said it in a nicer tone. Spoiled our nite. Will nvr ever come back again!

At the end, I was still given a seat to enjoy my tea. I would think you should consider constantly improve your customer service standard.
