β β β β β At Northpoint branch, your worker Terry Lim is extremely rude. Gave wrong information about products, then just shrug shoulder like no big deal.
After that he purposely stands so close to you that you can almost smell his bad breath, what happen to social distancing?? I immediately put back the item and walk out.
Not buying from Hockhua again, you can get better quality at the other tonic stores in the mall. Poor customer feedback, management does not receive or care about feedback if you see the all the bad reviews.

Overheard an elderly customer having difficulty reading your product label so he went to your staff. This Terry is incredibly condescending in talking down to him. When the uncle pointed out mistakes in what Terry said about the ingredients, your staff had the audacity to say "then you ask me for what, why not read yourself"!
Old uncle might not know how to post feedback but there are others watching ok? Been your customer for years but will stop patronising Hock Hua if that's the type of attitude you teach your staff.
