โ โ โ โ โ I buy a drink and the tarts there so i can enjoying and doing abit of my work there at this suntec tower three area. I sit there only like 20mins after I finish my tarts take out my laptop try to reply an email. And the staff there come over and said I cannot do work here and they are closing soon that he need to clean up. Timing at 7pm. And there is no one there, is not like there got lots of customers. If is like that in the first place i wont even waste money over there. Feeling angry.

I request Kopi & Tarts management to deploy some professional over the counter who can give good customer service.
These two resources are very slow and keep me wait for too long to be served. On the top of it, they talk rude to me and show cold attitude to me as if they are giving coffee and tarts for free to me.
Please have some decent customer service over the counters so it does not affect the kopi and tarts reputation in the market

โ โ โ โ โ Service is great and the food preparation is fast. The menu selection is very limited as compared to City Square outlet. Overall is great!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I really dislike how they disguise their "XXL" bubble tea when more than half of the cup is basically ice when they handed me the drink. They charge $4 for their gula melaka milk tea.
Might as well order R&B bubble tea at $4.9 with delicious chewy pearls.
Dishonest business practices.

- 1 barley lemonade (picture attached)
Egg tarts:
- Soft texture, warm, good level of sweetness.
Coffee:
- It was alright.
Tea with milk:
- It was alright.
Barley lemonade:
- Size of cup is huge. Taste great, ice is slightly too much. Overall is good.

โ โ โ โ โ Pleasant experience. Bought takeaway muffins. The service staff was kind and patient despite the never ending queue of customers. The muffins were simple and delicious. Not too oily. Very generous amounts of chocolate chips and walnuts.
