Good quality gyudon at great prices. We had the gyudon with double half boiled eggs. The beef was tender and very well cooked while the eggs were perfectly soft boiled. Even looked like the pictures in the menu after I cracked it open. The chicken karaage was tender but not crispy at all. The Earl Grey tea latte was pretty decent. Overall a very nice experience and would recommend this for anyone who is a beef on rice fan. Expect a queue, even during the off-peak hours.

Decent gyudon at a rather decent price. Nothing spectacular, but definitely a comforting and filling meal. Beef was well cooked. Friend liked her matcha latte too.

The food took about 15 minutes to arrive, eggs were cold and the Japanese curry was sourish. Order came out wrong as well, missing 2 dishes which the manager sent to our table after I told them what was missing. Taste was overall okay and not too bad for other dishes like their yakitori chicken. Great variety here.

For its price the CP value is really good. Food is good, it is what you would expect from a japanese fast food outlet. Why the 3 stars is the staff from this branch. You can see there are empty tables but the staff will make you wait in a queue for 15mins before ushering you in. Next was the amount of time the food was left on the kitchen counter before it was served. It was really long…. Close to 10 mins! I don’t think any establishment will allow that. The front of house staff actually saw the food that is ready from the kitchen but they just kept walking around like headless chicken doing other things other then serving the hot food to the customers. In the end the food served has became warm. I was able to witness this because i was seated at the counter and saw what was really happening. There was another Japanese seated beside me and he also sigh and shook his head after observing what was happening. I hope the management can provide more training to the front of house staff and it will definitely make the dining experience better.

Every Singaporean who has been to Japan would be familiar with this brand. Comforting late night (or any time of the day) beef don, almost like a fast food for Japanese. There’s quite a queue during weekday due to the office lunch crowd but there’s a take away option which moves much faster.

Ordered yakiniku beef curry, grilled beef and melted cheese gyudon. First time seeing watery Japanese curry, shocked. Taste is not there either. Grilled beef and meted cheese gyodon were bland and pretty tasteless, I had to drip a few Tabasco on grilled beef. Pretty disappointed as I saw long queue before. Not likely to come back.

Nice food, but seems the place but understaff, they mixed up some order and almost get the wrong size too. Tried the melted cheese beef, taste not bad, but rice portion is much more than the meat, not sure if this is part of the cost control. Place is pretty crowded during lunch and dinner time and be ready to wait in long queue.

Best and very affordable gyudon in Singapore! The small gyudon bowl is only $4.50 and it is surprisingly filling. The beef strips are super flavourful and the serving is generous. I love their japanese rice too! Can’t believe that its this cheap for the quality you are getting. The restaurant is basic and open concept but can probably use more tables and chairs as you might need queue for an hour on busy days. Service is fast and efficient.
