β β β β β Nearest food court near my hotel. There are many choices in this food court and outside. Good place to grab local Singaporean food.

β β β β β wanted eggs and kaya set but left empty handed because the lady at the counter was alone and very grumpy. there's not enough kaya in Singapore to offset her sour attitude. please don't claim to be 24 hour service if you aren't even able to serve breakfast at 630am. also turn on a/c it was disgustingly hot inside.

β β β β β Price is slightly higher compared to traditional coffee shop/hawker but it's the price you pay for convenience (open till late if you work late & air conditioning).
Soup store & Japanese/Korean store are my favorites. I only like the Old Cucumber & Lotus soup from soup store. As for the Japanese/Korean Cuisine, it is the classic Singaporean style of Japanese dishes for a fair price.

β β β β β Kopitiam located next to Lavender MRT station, another favorite spot for a grab & go or quick breakfast. Clean and comfortable place.

β β β β β Wasnt expecting sashimi when I ordered the Har Gow. Prawns were cold and raw and might as well have been swimming. Lady at the drinks/dimsum stall had the attitude of an unripe lemon - ridiculously sour.
