★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generous portions of mushrooms and pork, and great tasting noodle, but I find the flavours somewhat mild and lacking a certain kick - perhaps I'm used to tasting vinegar in my BCM, which isn't present here (I think). Also, the meatballs were a little too hard, even for someone like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are ordering from Kim Hin Seafood, you definitely do not want to miss the Signature Pork Ribs.
For $19.80, you get a rack of 4 ribs which had undergone a careful aging process in the freezer which caused the meat to turn dark brown to blackish in colour.
In the mouth, the meat has an odour and toughness reminiscent of the pig's smell and refusal to move respectively when it was alive.
Go ahead and spoil your taste buds and stomach by ordering the dish today.
