Pork meat, rib/intestine were soft and slightly seasoned. Love their fried shallot as well doesn't taste like store brought. Recommended to try when u r in the vicinity.

The $4 option is very yummy also.
Secret is in the heart and soul put into every bowl of noodles. Want to make at home is almost cannot for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely delicious prawn noodles for a great price! The $5.50 option is perfect for me - 3 big prawns split in half! Way more than most other places, even for that price. And the broth is peppery and yummy. Would highly recommend!!! The stall vendors are very friendly and efficient as well :)
