★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected a premium lounge, given the reputation of Singapore airlines. Western food selection is very limited (eg. hard boiled eggs, dry sandwiches and some mini pastries). Local food selection is better. The space features lounge chairs only, making it pretty uncomfortable to eat a meal. I expected more from Singapore airlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable lounge that offers great selection of drinks and light meals. Chairs are very comfortable and could spend hours to pass time without any problem. WiFi speed is fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice "Gold" Lounge for Star Alliance Gold members. The lounge is small compare with the Silver lounge which is for Business Class. However I think it has everything needed to stop over / little break before you fly. Good food selection between different style and taste good. I personally like the Chinese Dim Sum and they are doing quite well. There are drinks, business centre, TV, free Wifi, power plug for laptop and moblie charging, Magazines etc. Great facility for guest to enjoy !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decor in the land was pleasant but it tended to lack atmosphere.
The seating was average and could have been a lot more comfortable. There was not much on offer in the way of food but that could have been you to the fact it was light at night. However on a negative point there are no shells or toilets in the lounge which is ridiculous. I found it astonishing that both the SilverKris and the Gold Kris Lounge in Singapore their home base did not have toilets for its premium customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being that this is SIA Airport, I feel the lounge could be better. It can be a bit on dimmer.
The food options I thought was sufficient but I am sure many are complaining. There were more than enough variety and it was my arrival lounge.
Wish they have ways I could fill my reusable water bottle instead of using plastic bottle water.
There were lots of drunks option and nice tea and coffee.
Liquor and champagne was free to pour on your own and never seems to run out.
There is a stations for noodle, dumpling soup and also clay pot rice.
The took a shower and the shower in this lounge is more comfortable, bit more space and nicer. There were many work stations, and computers to use where you will
find the most outlet. Unfortunately in the lounge/dining area there is lack of outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Krisflyer Gold Lounge at Terminal 2 today.
The impression is not so good. Dark, not much food choices, no toilets or showers. They do have some newspapers and a dry cleaning machine. Not many people where here today. So it was a lot of space.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
