Very nice lounge for transit passengers. Very clean well maintained lounge. Price is very nominal not very expensive. Lounge price includes buffet lunch with desert Coffee Tea juices soft drinks as well. Staffs are very friendly. It has clean rest room and bathroom facility. Comfortable Sitting lounge single and double beds available

Checked in here today for a 9 hours transit hoping to rest for a bit. Nice place but not recommended. Front desk staff are incompetent. Upon checking in, we have to ask what we get with the the Premium lounge. Food are very basic only upon request, its free with the registration but we had to ask to know that. Bento is a good idea but similar to fast food. Cleanliness is very poor, the toilet is much better in public space than here. Some guests are loud and play video without headset but staff just let it. The place is like a playground but not kids friendly. Oh, yes, kids pay $31.31 per person. Very disappointed.

Positives - nice food, nice coffee, comfy chairs, easy access. Not-so-Positives:- lots of customers (Very busy so not as exclusive as wanted) Too bright. At 4am, muted lighting better. Showers were not clean. Hair everywhere, no toilet paper, water pressure low.

A great to book into, especially if you have a stopover that is longer than 3 hours! I'd highly recommend that they improve their food offering, happy to pay for more options. I felt it was not well air-conditioned, it was too warm for me!

I think the amenities offered and food served barely meet expectations considering what some people pay for the service. Especially at night, food options are sparse and the bar is closed from 12-6am (it's fine, but wished it were open then). The chicken rice served, apart from the achar, was not great and I wished the rice was better cooked (some grains were still uncooked). Lounge was also pretty warm, perhaps due to some air-conditioning issues. They had to use portable air cons which looked quite unsightly. One suggestion to management is to raise prices but offer a much better experience. I think food and drink options can be expanded much more, along with getting better furniture and fixing the air conditioning issues.

My flight arrived in Singapore at midnight. Not too many passengers during the time. The kitchen didn't serve food during 12pm - 6am, but still has soft drinks, tea, and coffee to drink and simple bread and salad. There are plenty of lounges for use. The downside is the lighting is a bit too bright for the night, so it's not ideal for sleep. If they can dim the light or just have a table light, that will help. Also, a lot of people snore or have no common sense to low their voice while they're having conversation with friends or talking on the phone. I also used the shower facility, it was nice and clean. Counter employees are helpful. I had a Hainan Chicken Rice at 6am as breakfast, once the kitchen was served. It's not too bad. I enjoyed it. My flight's layover was 8 hours, so spending a night at the lounge was not too bad. Wearing a mask wasn't pleasant but it's what it is to be safe.

If you have a long stopover in Singapore airport it's definitely worth paying for a premium lounge so that you can have a shower, maybe have a little nap and grab a bite to eat and a drink. Unfortunately this lounge is really getting old now. Perhaps due to the lack of traffic with covid, but whatever the reason the shower is no longer in the best of condition. For example the soap dispenser didn't work. But it was nice and warm and it was great that they did provide a free towel under the hair dryer in there if you want to do your hair. The food is incredibly disappointing. It's very limited, not well cooked so if you are thinking of using the lounge for the free food I recommend you actually go to the food court instead. There's a lot of variety there and it is surprisingly cheap for an airport. There are a few different teas available but no options for soy milk for example. I did take a look at both the lounges karma the other was in one of the other terminals. This one seemed more spacious which is why I chose it. But if you're after a decent bite to eat the other has a better food option where you can choose from a menu and they deliver it to you in a box.

Absolutely incredibly service and staff. I was greeted with extreme welcome upon entry with a warm and attentive staff. By far the best airport lounge that I have ever been to. The food was very good with an open bar which helped prepare me for my flight. It was a very smooth and needed transition from the hectic environment of the airport and is especially perfect for layovers between flights. The lounge provided me with the opportunity to sit back and relax with a hot coffee and warm food alongside outstanding service. I will be coming here every time I fly from any airport with a Plaza Premium Lounge.
