★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by Kaydence and Xiao Bin on two different occasions. They were skilled, and my pores felt cleaner after the facial. They also explained the process steps by steps and provided tips to improve skin condition. I appreciate that they are not pushy when recommending products, and there is no hard selling throughout the facial. Kudos to both! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the express facial at Kskin Harbourfront today. Went for the Combo A (cleanse and glow) as recommended by beautician Joey. She helped to remove much of my blackheads, esp on the nose, and gave my face a thorough cleanse with the scrubber. Added the eye care cos my dark eye ring was quite bad. After the session, face appears much fairer, or rather cleaner. I wouldn’t mind going back anytime I need a quick fix for my skin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional. Even though had informed me that I needed to wait for 5 to 10mins, I had something that came up suddenly so I asked if I am able to do a refund. One staff was helpful to explain the steps for refund, and suggested that she help me do the facial immediately as the refund process is tedious even though she was having her break. Thumbs up and good experience
