Walked in at 6.20pm to book a slot for 7. The thai dude wrote it down. He called me at 6.55 to tell me I have to wait till 7.45 because someone else walked in. Great job you dimwits

Good experience. One thing I like is there's no forceful endorsement of services. I just go for a haircut and hair wash, and that's what I get: no offers for coloring hair, protein treatment etc. Very professional.

Hairdressers are professional especially Alex and the lady whose name I didn't catch. Worth the price if you'd like to pamper yourself. However the hairdressers receive many calls and have to attend to them, thus not being able to pay maximum attention to you. Overall recommended.

10th February 2020 8pm appointment @jurong point end up 8.15pm. Rushing to cut last customer of the day. Sideway not balance. I'm so disappointed .im your regular customer for many years.

Quality is not so great when looking at the price. The appointments are terribly handled.

I am a long-time customer and feel very disappointed today. I was charged for medium length haircut ($48) instead of short length haircut ($40), although my hair was only touching the eyebrows. I don't usually ask whether my hair is considered as short or medium in advance, because I often cut my hair when my hair reaches about the eyebrows, and no barber has ever considered that as medium length. If you are going to have a haircut here, I suggest asking for the price before having the service.

Look for Eric. He’s the barber other barbers talk about. Attention to detail, topped up with the fact that he takes pride in his work. Drop him a well-deserved tip when u get the chance! I’ll include a pic of his work the next time I visit.

I’m someone who is very particular about the skill set for cutting my hair. That person must know how to cut a mens hair. I like the whole experience which includes a quick massage, hot towel and shampooing my hair. To me the most important thing is the haircut. You can try to deliver premium service and yet deliver a so so haircut, to me is a no go. So my hair stylist went on a holiday for one month and I need an urgent hair cut today. I have been passing by LA Barbershop at Jurong Point millions of times and didn’t really check them out as I thought it’s another shop. Read the reviews and found Eric name was mentioned and he happened to be at Lot One instead of Jurong Point. Without hesitation, I went straight to Lot One to look for Eric as I don’t want to take my chances. Went for my appointment and Eric met my expectations and help to address some issues with my hairstyle. The experience is very good, the skill set is better than most senior hair stylists that I have tried for the past 15 years. Went to Orchard, Far East Plaza, Some difficult to find places at town area, spend a lot of time and money to look for the right hair stylist for my hair. However, each time was a huge disappointment. Before the session, in doubt. After the session, super satisfied and will come back again to follow up and rectify my hair styling issues.
