★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered ayam penyet nasi set, the chicken is dry and not hot, taste like put aside for quite a while before serving. The chilli is super spicy.
The ayam Bakar totally overcooked, with burnt skin and can even smell the burnt taste… bad experience for this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice environment, no service charge. Taste of food is decent. But portion of food is small, perhaps to justify the price. Chendol taste good, but very pricey for the amount given, despite its upsize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love Ayam Penyet Ria. But lately, it doesn't taste as good.. price increased and portion decreased.. we waited so long for the food when it was almost 3 pm.. We ordered teh botol upsized and seriously...it's so small for an upsized drink..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tahu telor was cold inside, chicken was super dry. Service was so bad. When told the staff of the food, there was no actions done. Don't think they even paid attention to what we were commenting on. Very bad and will not come again. No wonder the once crowded place is now empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Soto Ayam was salty and requested for a replacement. Manager was not receptive to the feedback. He reluctantly made the exchange, mentioned that he will only make that one time exception. Why does it look like it is our fault? We did not done there with an intention to request for a replacement of our dishes. Unsatisfactory service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO stars if that's even possible... DO NOT whatever you do order their boneless chicken meal... I paid $1 extra more for FOUR TINY pieces of DRY chicken (coin for scale), much smaller than the meat you'll get from their normal $8.90 portion of Ayam Penyet!! I thought it was a mistake so went to ask the cook... She opened the fridge showed me, a prepacked portion of raw chicken in a plastic bag and said she is supposed to prepare the meal from that package... ARE THEY KIDDING?!?! Did they just remove the bones and CHARGE people for it???? Do NOT eat here unless you like to feel SCAMMED!
