β β β β β THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER! Ineffecient, rude and arragont staff. Suppose to open at 10am, the shop is in a mess when I arrived at 10.30am. Currency exchange details not even showed up at the screen. STAFF USING PHONE AND TALKING AMONG THEMSELVES. Asked kindly what's the exchange rate and YOUR STAFF REPLIED EXTREMELY RUDELY. SUPER SMALL & SQUEEZY shop WITH NO CLEAR QUEUE AND SIGNS. Never going to go back again, prefer its rival, Allbest Exchange. IF THIS REVIEW CAN BE 0, I will OPT FOR 0 or even negative.

When I asked the agent to repeat the rate so that I could compare the rate on internet, the agent assumed that I don't speak English and yelled the number again to me. Their rate is approximately 2%. Quite pricey. Highly recommend to use money changers at central business district (e.g. Raffles Place Building near Raffles MRT or Lucky Plaze) The Raffles building has dozens of money changers and you could get near 0% rate)

β β β β β Terrible experience. Tore my 100 yuan note under the counter and claimed it was torn.
However before i gave it to her, I checked and saw that it was fine , thus i am very sure she tore it.
Do not go to this place thought it was a reputable place , but didn't know that they operated so shadily.
Cheated me of my money. A SCAM place. Akin to stealing an item but denying it

β β β β β I went to exchange a sum of money, the counter counted the amount wrongly. Intended or not, iβm not very sure. I did not comment on it after telling her the amount was wrong, she did not show remorse at all

β β β β β Called at 1:30pm to ask about VND rates, was told 16,600 and even double confirmed with them in mandarin and English. Reached the place and was told 15,875 or so ( close to 15,900 ). Told them that I called in and they said 16,600 and they replied saying β oh the exchange rate fluctuates β . A 3-4% fluctuation in less than 2 hours without any news about Vietnam or Singapore ? If this doesnβt scream a bad experience I donβt know what is. Avoid this place at all cost unless your flight or trip is leaving in the next 30 mins..
