β β β β β Had a haircut here recently, tried once and will never go back. Bad sense of haircut. I had an undercut with curly hair, told barber to cut shorter and specifically said I had an undercut. barber proceed to give it a high slope become round shape top. So ugly but donβt wanna make a fuss at the shop as what done is done. Paid and wonβt come back anymore. Kcut is better. Regretful now but it will grow back.
Service is good tho. Barber has a lot of professional tool and serve well. Barber use brushes a lot of himself too probably due to my curly hair.

β β β β β I come here for my sonβs haircut and the lady stylist always super nice and friendly but unfortunately sheβs not there so itβs only one guy whoβs cutting haircut for adult and kids while there are 2 stylist trying to be posh with their uniform doing nothing no costumers at all and didnβt even bother to tell you how long have to wait for my son's haircut. I was becoming a regular costumer and even recommended for friends and now Iβm not recommending this place. They should be having different stylist just for the kids.this kind of business needs regular costumers not all first timer but the attitude they have thinks those senior stylist whatsoever you call them thinks too high for themselves will bring this studio on closing down ?. Good luck and definitely not gonna recommend for kids to have a haircut . No consideration at all. ..

Its a very strange system that they provide there... if you want to the $40.66 haircut you get service straight away... if you want the $20 haircut YOU WAIT...
Although the three barbers have no customers YOU WAIT for the one barber that provides the $20 haircut..
The barber that was not busy told me that if he cut my hair for $20 his boss would make him pay $20.66 from his own pocket. Come-on what kind of service is this!
My suggestion is to avoid and find another place to get your haircut - if my barber was not down with Covid I would have walked out! Never going back and will not recommend!!

β β β β β Very disappointed with the service tonight. I am a regular customer since for 3 years and always never fail to give them generous tips for their service. Booked an appointment at 7:30 PM, parking my car at 7:32PM only to receive a call from them saying that i should cancel my appointment because i was late and they would like to provide service for the next customer already. Personally i felt that it was very ridiculous that there is no room to wait 2-3 minutes more and no apology was being said. I am very upset and after 3 years of regularly going there, i shall now look for a barber with better service and one that treats their customer well.

β β β β β We used to love this place when we had our regular stylist. We went there today and she had apparently resigned. The new stylist was told we wanted a simple straight bangs cut with a bit rounded on the corners and she did a terrible job, when we complained and asked for our money back since we needed to go to another stylist to correct the manager there (a bald guy with beard) instead tried to direct us to the kids side of the salon and then when we finally got them to respond (we were waiting in queue just to show them how bad it was) the kids side stylist just said I have to ask him (the bald guy with a head again). He then said message the company essentially not his problem. Terrible service for loyal customers of almost a year!!! I do not recommend this to any parents, our daughter school pics are this week and they did nothing but make her hair worse!

β β β β β First visited this outlet at VivoCity back in 2020 as my children needed a hair cut. We had been to a few salons/barbers that specialized in haircuts for children, but the experience wasn't great as the children were still afraid of getting their hair cut (despite the presence of tablets/TVs/toys to distract them).
The hair stylists in this particular outlet were really professional and also gentle with the children, and this helped to ease their comfort levels and they finally had their hair trimmed.
A few months on, the children now look forward to their hair cut sessions and my toddler son is even comfortable sitting on his own to get his hair done (which is a great relief!)
As the shop is quite popular with parents, do expect some waiting time.

β β β β β The staff are very friendly and nice and hair dresser was careful and polite. However, felt that my baby's hair looked nicer before going than after..
They seem to have only a standard way or style for cutting baby's hair. Looks like a bowl and does not really look nice at all. Highly recommend to go elsewhere if its for baby. They are definitely not suited to serve or cut baby's hair.
But for adults hair cut and styles is still pretty good for this shop.
