Was served by ling ling, lulu and Anna and they were so professional! Was spot on with their advice and their attitude was so good. And I was so impressed by their skills. Previously was disappointed by another salon and I lost confidence in doing my brows by anyone. However the team at la vida proved me wrong. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Recently went for my final eyebrow session. Team got very pushy and hard sell. 2 people pressurising and doesn't respect final decision - dont take no for an answer. In the end offered free eyeliner as part of new package even when mentioned I have sensitive lid. Insisted I should do and then get started with brow and eyeliner. Painful eyeliner done and felt sore for next 3 days. Recovered well but can't help feeling negative about the whole experience. Generally, typical show album of high end pricing and then tactic of "special price just for you". End result of misty eyebrow is not up to my expectation. Too faint. Looks just like my faded 6D. I could have gone back to ask for touch up but they charge close to 70 for new blade for misty brow. My package doesn't say include touch up. So likely will spend another ridiculous sum for the fix. Within a short time, I'm now back to filling in my brows. Update (after 9 months): Went back to utilitise my package. Had been tolerating the faded brows for a long time. Still very hard sell and not of clients' best interest at all. Earlier had gotten a package based on recommendation (nano stardust) after all the pushy sales, although I had mentioned my preference for strokes. And now upon return for session, was asked to top up more to add strokes as the stardust is not the best for me! Pushy sales using tatic of offering "special price because you have very beautiful eyes that's a waste to not make them look even better". Dread going for my sessions and can't wait to use up and stay away!

Anna is very nice and friendly. She is also professional when doing the deluxe brow microblading for me. Another 2 people is quite negative and says the misty brow is better, I do appreciate their professional advice and the misty brow is really nice, however I feels their misty brow is the most expensive so far therefore I rejected them. Since I’m firm enough, therefore no more hard sales and pressuring on me. Due to my promotion package does not include this aftercare kit, it cost me $68 + GST with this small size of aftercare kit (please take note on the promotion package). Lastly, I pray hard that my brows will be better after 3days, now seems like not balance??

I have just ended my appointment here @ White Sands branch. I was served by friendly staffs over there. I came slightly later then the time booked. But still the staffs welcomed me as per normal. I was directly showed to the lazy chair and applied the numbing cream. Wow!! Suupppper fast! ANNA was my eyebrow artist for the day!! She is super skilled and professional. She suggested the eyebrow design for me.. and told me I should be loving this design due to the previous design she saw.. I will recommend ANNA to any new comers like ME! Thank you for the wonderful short experience! Hope to see SHARON ( the friendly and efficiency customer service) & ANNNA for my upcoming visits. I am very satisfied with the whole process and finished my eyebrow embroidery. Special thanks to my brow technician for being so patient and professional. I can get more 15 min sleep in the morning. I will return back for other service.

Strongly recommend Anna for her service. Her cheerfulness and smiling eyes and tone really make you feel comfy and happy. I went for my body detoux massage on 10Jan @5.30pm. Anna did the massage with correct level of strength which made me felt very relaxed and comfortable. Keep up the great job and do stay healthy.

Went to do eyebrow embroidery with my mom as we saw the promotion on Instagram. One of my influencer friend also promoted their eyebrow embroidery so I thought okay since she told me there is no hard sell. But I was wrong, when we reached, they started putting numbing cream and we waited for quite a while. After which a sales person came in to try to make a conversation with my mom, and started promoting their facial packages. Seems okay and we are fine with it but then they started stating that my mom and I had milia seeds on our face and if we buy the facial packages, there will be free removal of milia seeds. The packages will around $1.8k for 10 facials packages including eyebrow embroidery. However, they also state that my mom need to do some special embroidery cuz the classic one doesn’t suit her, they told me while splitting us both in diff room. I wasn’t sure what happen but somehow agree to try out the package. The prices was increased to $2k becuz of some special eyebrow. Do note this does not include gst charges. With gst charges, it was like $2.3k The facial provided are kinda normal cleansing, scrub and extracting, after that a mask. Nothing much or special and never do much on my skin. My acne got worst tbh. I didn’t use much of the milia seeds removal services becuz I did not like that they still hardsell every single time I go for the facial stating apply something so my skin will calm down etc etc. After 3 months of not going there, my skin is at least better and more hydrated. Just saying, there are better products that really help the skin without having the need to spend so much on stupid facial. Also, I been to better facial place with better services provided. The eyebrow embroidery was okay so I don’t have complaint but I heard from many of my friends that I am being scam for their services.

Visited the outlet twice for embroidery services. The first time I went they told me that the package advertised did not include a certain technique which made me feel like their advertisement on social media wasn’t truthful. However, I was willing to pay more for better results. No regrets here because it was really good and the end product looks amazing. Towards the end, they tried to push me their facial package. It was rather terrifying but I think as long as you are firm it’s ok. Second visit for touch up was surprisingly good! Had to pay for the new needle which I found was reasonable. Technique still great and they didn’t try to sell me anything at all! Really love the end product. TLDR: If you can appreciate good technique and willing to pay more compared to their ads, do visit! :) IMO they should just be transparent in the services and prices. I’m sure people who are willing to pay will pay.
