★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice studio, though it feels quite cramped during peak hours. They don't use aircon during the classes, so you warm up quicker and get a really good sweat going. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go for it if you want an intro to barre/ stretch and like being in a fancy studio for your Instagram pics. Not for those looking for a serious barre session with skilled instructors who can really adjust you to go deeper or push you. There are better studios for that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy yoga studio with a host of solid teachers. It can get pretty cramped in here, but the quality of teachers more than makes up for it! Hot and non hot classes are taught, and it isn't that expensive if you get a package (approx $20/class). I would recommend Erica or Jasmine if you want an intense workout. Two unisex showers and one changing room is available :)

She is very creative and dedicated in creating patterns with nuances in order to cater to students’ individual needs. She is very open to feedback and always constantly enhancing and refining her moves to raise the bar. She supports beginners very well without compromising the moves for her advanced students. Her authentic personality shines as she engages the class in a warm and compassionate manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended the East Coast Studio not the Duxton studio. My review is regarding the owner, Jasmine, and the customer service from Barre Lab business.
If you are looking for a studio that puts your health and wellbeing at the forefront of their practice, then this is NOT the studio for you. If you would like an owner that is approachable, eager to communicate with you and treats you with respect, then this is NOT the studio for you. If you would like to feel valued and heard, then this is NOT the studio for you.
If you are looking for the above mentioned aspects in a company and fitness community then I would recommend trying another Barre studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced instructors and I like that barre signature has a standard sequence at the start and some variation based on the instructors’ sequencing. I always get a good sweat and burn after each class! The packages are also flexible so I can use credits for barre, yoga and pilates. The one stop convenience is big for me.
