I can't believe I'm saying this but I enjoy the workouts so much - I have tried both the personal and class trainings. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I sincerely hope that more people will give EMS technology workouts a chance because once you start EMS, you'll never go back to normal workout sessions. Look for Irene, she's not only encouraging but extremely sincere too!!

I'm beyond happy that my overall strength and health is improving significantly, definitely enjoy the group classes and looking forward to go back for more EMS group class sessions! :D

Especially suitable for someone like me who dreads working out for more than an hour, this is an intensive full body workout of 30min. Love that i do not have to bring much except for undergarments, and with their excellent shower facilities, i can head out right after workout! Trainers at Visiongym are also very professional and warm at the same time. Although i attended a group class, it feels like a personal training session. They would identify and address each and everyone of us personally during the workout, correcting our posture and motivating us. Thank you Visiongym for keeping me in shape!

They are consistently looking out and correctly my posture while pushing me to do more laps. The gym is not only clean but they are well stocks with a wide range of beauty products from Senka, d program and Anessa which saves me the hassle of me bring my own skin care products after showering at their facility. The EMS suit really helps to make your usual workouts tougher than usual. Everyday is a different type of workout, from shred to triple30 to strength. For beginners, they have basic classes every week as well. The best part about Visiongym is that equipped with almost EVERYTHING - from showers, towels, undergarment, to bathing stuff! The only thing I brought with me was a bra to change after my workout. You can even workout bare feet. Totally fuss free, I would usually go out after working out. Highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gwen and team and the most professional instructors you can have and I enjoy every session with them. EMS allows you to recover faster whilst also achieving the goals you have set out together with your instructor. Highly recommend!

Been working out since young but I have a problem with activating the right muscle im using fitness equipments but ever since I tried the EMS suit, it has solved this problem significantly thus I truly believe in the EMS technology.
