Morgan was very professional and skilled? When I showed a photo of hair color, he understood what kind of color I wanted and figured out how to achieve this color while minimizing damage to my hair. I had a lot of highlights and it was difficult to do bleaching for the color? but Morgan made it! I really appreciate for his hard work and time. I will definitely go back! Highly recommended?

I really had a great experience here at Label.39. I was looking for a reliable salon for my virgin hair to be bleached and coloured, and was led to Label.39 based on their IG & great reviews. Everyone was so warm and nice, Morgan my colorist did so well to make me feel at ease that I know I was in good hands. Thank you so much and I will definitely be back!

Was searching for a salon that does nice natural curls and balayage hair colours. Label 39 portfolio came pretty impressive. I was sold…So I contacted them to schedule for an appointment. Their space is clean and comfortable. Paid $495.00 for my hair-service (April) Signature smoothing perm + signature light stain/ balayage. Split my session into a week apart to prevent damage. Payment made full on my first session. On my first session, I was handled by M. Curls done, nice result however very very short-lived. Two days after, I texted them to say the curls didn’t stay. They offered to have me down at their salon to check. Apparently was told the way I handled my hair during blow out was not right. Sooo.. signature smoothing perm in my opinion, not easy to maintain. Curling rods would have been a better option. During the second session for colour, I trusted that I’ll be in good hands given stylist personal portfolio. I was looking forward. Showed some of the ideal hair look I was looking for... FROM THEIR OWN PORTFOLIO. The results turned out, minimal difference from my original hair look when I came to the salon. *Refer to pictures attached* both photos taken one week apart after each service. Tube overall: first hair service. Black overall: second service. Last pic: In real life, picture of the hair after a normal home blow out. Nice curls only able to receive such blow out result in the salon. Hair look, barely any difference from my initial hair. Given my personal hair result & experience, not the salon for me to be a regular with. Note: individual result and experience varies. Those who have had great experience, happy and good for you. Wishing label39 the best.

Morgan really done a good job and I am in love with my new hair colour. He is so professional in explaining all the step on what he is doing on my hair. The final result really surprised me. All other hair stylists are also friendly. Like the vibes of the salon and definitely will come back again.

Morgan did a really great job with the signature light stain & I’m so satisfied the end result! He really understood the condition of my hair & recommended what was most suitable. Really reliable & skilled! Also, prices are made known to you beforehand, which is really great! I highly recommend director Peterson! He is highly aware and very knowledgeable on all the latest Asian hair trends, and is very patient in answering questions. He is also very reassuring and does his best to provide you with the best hairstyle that truly suits you and your lifestyle. I had a haircut and did the Korean soft perm, and I am very pleased with the results. It’s very natural and easy to maintain — exactly what I needed. The staff are also very friendly and kind in their interactions. (They have the sweetest receptionist ever!). Will definitely be back in a few months time for another makeover.
